Refund Policy

Last updated: January 1, 2026. Quebec Premium IPTV stands behind its service with a transparent 7-day satisfaction guarantee.

1. Our Commitment

Your satisfaction is our priority at Quebec Premium IPTV. We offer a transparent refund policy designed to provide peace of mind while protecting against abuse of our digital service.

2. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee from the moment your account is activated. If you are not satisfied with the Quebec Premium IPTV service during this period, you may request a full refund — no questions asked — provided you meet the conditions below.

Qualifying conditions:

  • Request submitted within 7 calendar days of account activation
  • Total streaming consumption under 5 hours during the 7-day window
  • A documented technical issue that our Montreal support team was unable to resolve
  • One refund per customer per 12-month period

3. When Refunds Are NOT Issued

Due to the digital and instant-delivery nature of our Service, refunds are NOT issued in the following cases:

  • Request submitted more than 7 days after activation
  • Streaming consumption exceeds 5 hours during the trial window
  • User-side issues unrelated to Quebec Premium IPTV (slow internet connection, incompatible device, ISP throttling, expired payment method)
  • Account suspended or terminated for Terms of Service violation
  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind without technical justification
  • Failure to follow our published setup guide for IBO Player

4. Service Outage Pro-Rata Credit

If Quebec Premium IPTV experiences a verified service outage exceeding 72 consecutive hours on our infrastructure, you may be entitled to a pro-rata credit on your next billing cycle. This credit is calculated as: (outage hours / total subscription hours) × subscription price.

5. Duplicate Charges

Any confirmed duplicate or accidental charge will be refunded in full within 3-5 business days. Submit duplicate-charge claims with both transaction IDs to [email protected].

6. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email [email protected] with subject "Refund Request"
  2. Include your full name, email used at checkout, order ID and date of activation
  3. Briefly describe the reason for your request
  4. Allow up to 3 business days for our team to review your request

7. Refund Processing Time

  • Approval: Within 3 business days of submission
  • Refund initiation: Within 24 hours of approval
  • Funds in your account: 3–10 business days depending on your payment method and bank

8. Refund Method

Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase. For Interac e-Transfer, funds are returned to the email of origin. For credit card, refunds appear on the same card statement.

9. Reseller Refunds

Quebec Premium IPTV reseller credit packs are non-refundable once purchased since credits never expire and can be used at any time. Defective server provisioning or quality issues are resolved via credit replacement at our discretion.

10. Disputes

If a refund request is denied and you disagree, you may escalate to [email protected] with subject "Refund Appeal". A senior representative will personally review your case within 5 business days. If unresolved, Quebec consumers may also contact the Office de la protection du consommateur du Québec.
