Terms of Service

Last updated: January 1, 2026. Please read these Terms carefully before subscribing to Quebec Premium IPTV.

Welcome to Quebec Premium IPTV ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our IPTV subscription service at https://quebecpremiumiptv.ca ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

Quebec Premium IPTV provides a subscription-based IPTV streaming service that delivers live television channels, video-on-demand content, and electronic program guide (EPG) data over the internet. Access is provided via the IBO Player application on a single authorised device per subscription.

2. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in Canada, to create an account.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

3. Subscription Plans & Payment

Quebec Premium IPTV offers the following subscription tiers:

  • Starter — 1 Month — $9.99 CAD
  • Quarter — 3 Months — $24.99 CAD
  • Premium — 6 Months — $39.99 CAD
  • Yearly — 12 Months — $69.99 CAD

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Subscriptions are activated immediately upon payment confirmation. Payments are processed securely; Quebec Premium IPTV does not store payment card details. Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated at checkout.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final once an account has been activated. Due to the immediate digital nature of the Service:

  • No refunds are issued after account activation, except as described in our 7-day satisfaction guarantee.
  • Exceptions apply in cases of: (a) a verified service outage exceeding 72 consecutive hours, in which case a pro-rata credit may be issued; or (b) a confirmed duplicate charge, refunded in full.
  • Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] within 7 days of the qualifying event.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial viewing. You must NOT:

  • Share, resell, redistribute, or sublicense your account credentials to any third party.
  • Use the Service to broadcast, publicly display, or re-stream content.
  • Attempt to circumvent any access controls, DRM protections, or authentication systems.
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service.
  • Use the Service in a manner that violates any applicable law in Canada or elsewhere.
  • Use the Service to access content in regions where such access is prohibited.

Violation of these terms will result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. Device Limitation

Each subscription allows access on one (1) device at a time. Concurrent streaming on multiple devices is not permitted. The Service is compatible exclusively with the IBO Player application. Quebec Premium IPTV does not provide support for third-party applications.

7. Service Availability

Quebec Premium IPTV strives to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance (announced in advance where possible)
  • Unplanned technical issues
  • Third-party content provider disruptions
  • Force majeure events

Quebec Premium IPTV is not liable for interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

8. Intellectual Property

All content delivered through the Service — including live channels, VOD, logos, and EPG data — is the property of its respective content owners and licensors. Quebec Premium IPTV does not claim ownership of third-party content. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view content for personal use only.

The Quebec Premium IPTV name, logo, and website design are the property of Quebec Premium IPTV and may not be used without written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, without prior notice and without refund. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting [email protected]; access will continue until the end of the paid period.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUEBEC PREMIUM IPTV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Quebec, Canada.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the new Terms on quebecpremiumiptv.ca/terms.html with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
